The Hanback Group is an employee benefits, enrollment and human resources consulting company located in Brentwood, TN. We provide our clients the tools and long-term strategies needed to manage and control benefit costs while maintaining employee satisfaction. We work closely with each employer to develop benefit programs based on the company’s business philosophy in order to maintain a competitive presence in recruiting and retaining employees. In addition, our team serves as an extension of our clients’ human resource department (co-sourcing), standing ready to assist with the implementation and day-to-day operation of their benefit plans.

This includes the plan design, funding methods, contribution modeling and ongoing service of the more traditional Medical, Dental, Life, Disability and 401K Plans. In many instances, due to the added pressure to expand their benefit portfolio, employers will introduce voluntary offerings. The pricing and plan design along with the enrollment and communication campaign are critical to the success of these programs. In our continuing effort to maximize the value of your Benefits Program, The Hanback Group develops employee communication materials in both English and Spanish. These communication services range from the simple Employee Announcements to the more comprehensive Intranet focused Power Point materials used for Employment Recruiting and Benefit Education.
An additional service is the design and implementation of a strategy that meets the individual Life, Disability and Long Term Care objectives of the Senior Executives for many of our clients.
